Lisa was born and raised in Maryland and is a proud alumna of Howard University where she studied Media, Journalism, and Film. Upon graduation, she moved to Los Angeles, CA. After working in the entertainment industry for a few years, Lisa moved back to Maryland and pursued her love for content creation and digital media. This love led her to a full time job as a Social Media Director while she completed her Master of Divinity in Church Ministry in the Digital Age at Liberty University Online.
